Icondump 12-23: Tying up some loose ends

fraoch_icons and shellybear665 - there may be one or two by creamuts in there too - this week. Also finished up my last set of Heroes icons based on caps by just_katarin. And a handful of unsuccessful contest entries mixed in there too.
