Finished watching Torchwood Season One....



YOU PEOPLE DIDN'T TELL ME JACK KISSES IANTO AT THE END! SQUEAL!!! MUST FIND CAPS! MUST MAKE ICONS!! OH MY GAWD

And fucking Gwen did not deserve to get Rhys back. For fuck's sake. She's great as a team member but does that girl ever treat her men like SHIT. At least Owen had the good sense to fall in love and stay there, even if it made him just as obnoxious as ... as he usually is.

And I was watching this on my ipod and it was dead silent on the train and all of a sudden I say out loud to the air "OH! The right kind of DOCTOR! OH!"

And then came the sound f/x and then I was full of glee.

So does Jack show up in DW Season 3? B/C if so I will watch that much and then come back for TW Season 2.

So you haven't watched Doctor Who yet? (Or at least not all of it?) If you haven't, you are going about these series the same way I did. --First Torchwood season 1, Then all the Doctor who episodes with Jack, then season 2, before I finally watched all of Doctor Who in a row.

And the right kind of Doctor thing? I had the exact same reaction. Haha. That comment totally went over my head until the end of the finale.

No, I've watched the first two seasons of DW as instructed, then i was told it was OK to watch TW.

So the Further Adventures of Jack don't show up on DW? How disappointing. I was imagining him showing up at the Tardis being all. "Wait. Who TF are you, and where the hell is Rose?"

Oh no, Jack does show up again on DW. In both season 3 and 4. They're great episodes too. :)

The end of season one of Torchwood picks up in the last three episodes of Doctor Who season 3: Utopia, The Sound of Drums and Last of The Time Lords. Season 2 of Torchwood starts where that leaves off.

Definitely watch DW 3. He shows up for the last 3 eps, and I started there, but I liked season 3. The 3 part finale with Jack is AMAZING. SO GOOD.

AHH WElcome to the Dark Side!! If you think S1's kiss was good, wait until S2 (Adrift...hothouse...omg). Seriously, how have you not been watching this show!? Watch Who 3 (although Jack only shows up for the final 3, but its SO important for his character), then TW2, then Who 4 (again, only on finale - but wow). And hurry! Because TW 3 starts in July!!

I love when one fandom spills into another. yay!
