WTF was that?

That episode didn't happen. It was just a big stupid excuse for them not to have to do the tough work of getting the Petrellis back together.

Yay for Heroes remembering that Angela stole socks in the first season. That's great. Let's make a list of the OTHER things from previous seasons it could have remembered:

- That Adam was the one who found them all and made them into the Company.
- That Chandra was still looking for "specials" and not believed by anyone when he went to New York late in life to track them down.
- What Bob Bishop told Nathan about there nearly being a typhoon off Florida and saying it had something to do with the Company.
- That ONCE YOU INVOKE GODWIN'S LAW YOU'VE JUMPED THE PROVERBIAL SHARK, HEROES fajkldfjkl;aflj; ::mad::

What the HELL did that have to do with the main plot? So now they're going to be The Family? Setting up Mafia wars for next season?

MOHINDER HOW STUPID ARE YOU ANYWAY? WTF ARE YOU GONNA FIND THERE IN RETCON CITY?

I will give a few moments of WTF/amusement:

1) Peter having two emo stalk-offs in one episode. He is now officially the Master of the Emo Huff.
2) Adding Bob and Charles to the list of people who were in love with Angela back in the day. Victoria Pratt's gonna have such a self-esteem complex.
3) The Burnt Toast Diner Coyote Sands Cafe.
4) They actually use the Emergency Broadcast System out there. Must be close to Roswell.
5) Mo/Peter moments are nice.
6) The ending was kind of awesome.
7) Charles makes Maury redundant. So if Maury's redundant, and you KNOW he was one of the annoying ones in the group, why did they keep him around? I woulda kicked his ass out into the cold.

Ugh. I'm depressed. I need candy.

Ok, I'm glad it's not just me who noticed the things they seemed to "forget" last night. I wish the writers would stop doing that, it insults the audience's intelligence. There are better ways to advance the storyline.

Overall, didn't like this episode too much. I'm sad. Tiptoe, I'll bring the M&M's and join you.

-Adam did NOT found the Company.
-Chandra might have thought that they had accidentally killed them all, this I can't really defend.
-What, there can't be doubles of powers? There can't be two super-strong characters? Or maybe just characters that can control water?
-The only POINT of this episode was to get the Petrellis back together.
-Charles never made Maury "redundant". Again, what, we can't have two of the same character power? It's been proven to happen before (UM, ADAM AND CLAIRE?). They needed everyone they could get to help in their quest.

-Please STOP RAGGING ON MOHINDER. And this goes for ALL FANDOM. Possible ret-con aside THIS IS HIS FATHER WE'RE TALKING ABOUT HERE. This is SERIOUS for him. This is the man he changed his ENTIRE LIFE to try and make happy, to try and follow, and now he's this strange monster that Mohinder doesn't understand and cannot bring himself to identify with. CHRIST. Just let him be. Keep bitching, fandom, and they might take away his ICness again.
