Sunday afternoon icon dump, It's SNOWING! edition

Nothing better on a cold, snowy day than to sit inside... and upload icons! More Megatokyo icons this week because last week's were popular; also old contest entries with a fair share of winners :-) and a dozen hastily done HYD2 icons as a peace offering to the group from a cranky manga-purist. ;-) ETA: I almost forgot!
