According to the finest source ever (Wikipedia, heh heh), the horseman known as pestilence can also be known as Evil, Corruption, or Righteousness. I took the elements I liked and fused them together as I liked. Sorry if it doesn't ring true to you, but we all have our different interpretations of the mythologies.
