What lovely way to wake up on a Monday! Seriously, I really love the feelings this fic gives me - full of long hot summers, hopes, fears and dreams, nostalgia... I could go on.
Loved that Jackie and Claire used to be friends - happens so often, doesn't it, that friendships change once you get to high school. Really clever, and really realistic. I also liked the fact that I could totally identify with the situations and the feelings, even though I'm like 6000 miles away.
I really liked how the scene where they make out wasn't explicit, just a few lovely descriptions which leaves equally nothing and everything to the imagination Given that I'm someone where usually its 'no holds barred' when it comes to writing sex scenes, this was such a wonderful contrast, and really fitted in with the sweet nature of the story.
