Sam took a long swallow of beer as he leaned against the wall next to Bobby, watching Dean expound to Castiel the different kinds of pie and their various virtues as he cut the angel a slice of blueberry and - Sam couldn't believe it when he saw this – actually feed Castiel the first bite when he didn't start eating fast enough.
He thought he could hear Bobby's eyes roll when Dean wiped some crumbs from Cas' chin. "So, did you all have the big coming out party yet, or what?"
"Bobby, don't even joke," Sam said, shaking his head. "I have to live with this."
Bobby took a swallow of his own beer. "We should do something about that, then."

Sam ignored the pounding coming from the inside of the panic room. "Sam! You let us out of here!"
"It's for your own good, Dean. Both of you."
"Let us out or I will kill you, Sam!"
Sam just grinned at that. "We'll open the door when you and Cas figure things out."
"Figure what out?"
Sam settled down on the floor to wait, ignoring Dean's continued and vehement protests. Eventually Dean quieted down and Sam knew his brother well enough to know he'd gotten to the furious pacing stage, which would of course be followed by more swearing. Then maybe there'd be some progress, even if Sam did not want to know any of the gory details.
A few hours later Bobby stopped by with a burger and fries, handing them to Sam as he gave the door a long, significant look. "It sounds quiet in there."
"It's been quiet. I'm scared to look."
"Well, by now they've either killed each other or..well, something else," Bobby said. "You should probably know which."
Sam sighed and pulled himself up from the floor, bracing himself for what he might see. He peeked in the window and let out another sigh, one of relief this time; while everyone's clothes were still on Castiel had Dean backed against the wall and was kissing him like the world would end if he stopped. Sam didn't know what had gone on in there and he would never have thought Cas would come around first but he was so glad one of them had seen the light he didn't care. "Looks like the long nightmare is over, Bobby."
"I'll give thanks for that," Bobby said.
Sam clapped Bobby on the shoulder. "C'mon, let's give them some privacy. This has been building up long enough that they're probably going to be a while."
"You know you all are cleaning that room before you leave, right?" Bobby grumbled.
Sam could only laugh. "Seriously, I'm so glad they finally caught a clue I'll do it myself."
