I.Love.This! This is so beautiful, oh sigh I wish it was canon! I love when Cas leads Dean into things, so tender. They really felt IC in your fic, and Dean's grief is so very palpable. i loved the part when Cas said and so you shut me out...and Dean, I will freeze to death! So afraid to love, our Dean.
