Yep, it's over for me now. Won't be buying S6 on DVD, and if I ever tune into S7 it will be long after the show has ended and the pain has lessened.

I simply cannot understand the logic that would ruin the dynamic of those characters, that would take away the tangible acting chemistry between Jensen and Misha, that would turn Dean into an uncaring douche that doesn't give a shit about someone who gave so much to help him.

I can't even.... I've fucking speechless...

Yeh, I agree with you. They ruined Castiel, and why? It wasn't even an all that believable storyline. They've already killed him for me in season six. :(
