I can go on) and in that the fourth horseman is Pollution (Pestilence quit in 1936 muttering something about penicillin) Because of this Death is probably a woman, simply because he's taken so much from Gaiman he might as well take that
the mythology is twisted within the show, ignore the bible, read Sandman and Lucifer and American Gods and Good Omens and you're set.
