There is so much to love about this chapter. I think mostly is the fact that Sam thwarts Lucifer constantly by not falling for his twists. No, Sam pushes back with love at every turn! And Dean enters that building believing in himself. I love that Dean has faith.

Their faith wasn't weak enough to be swayed by cardboard symbols or simple lies. It was a force unto itself, and he held on to it.

He was heading into this house on his own, but he wasn't alone and had never been.

Simply beautiful imagery of Dean's soul. :)


Love that tease that Michael is in the building, but it's great that Dean still says no.

And Cas crying. Oh God I just love how human he was there to beg Dean to not die because he so didn't want to be alone. So cool.
